The Center of Legal Expertise works on the study and analysis of any legal problem, prepares qualified, substantiated legal conclusions on the disputed issue and allows the party to submit.

The partner of the Center of Legal Expertise is the The National Academy of Sciences of Georgia, which cooperates with the Center on the basis of a memorandum to prepare professional conclusions.
